CBRE
Interactive property presentations and identity work that made complex commercial real estate information usable across web, mobile, and print.

What needed to be solved
Property teams needed to communicate detailed real estate information across screens and printed materials without losing navigation, hierarchy, or control over access.
What I owned
As Senior Designer for CBRE’s South Central office in Houston, I developed interactive presentations, property marketing systems, and identity applications for commercial real estate assignments.
How the system worked
I treated dense property information as a navigation problem: clarify the hierarchy, make maps and site details easy to explore, and preserve the same logic across mobile, desktop, and print.

What was created
The work included password-protected presentations, swipe and click navigation, interactive PDF maps, property collateral, and a visual refresh for the TC Energy building at 700 Louisiana.
What can be demonstrated
The presentation framework supported three delivery contexts—web, mobile, and print—so teams could use the same core story across meetings, remote review, and leave-behind materials.
